Washington County Arrests

• Bobby Rice, 49, of Farmington, was arrested Jan. 28 by the UAPD on a charge of possession of a firearm.
• Tracy Terhune, 41, of Farmington, was ar- rested by the FPD Feb. 1 on a charge of violation of the Arkansas hot check law.

• Theodore Collins, 56, of Farmington, was ar- rested by the FPD Feb. 1 on a charge of public intoxication.
• Kevin Bell, 19, of Prairie Grove, was arrested by the FVPD Feb. 1 on charges of failure to ap- pear, failure to pay fines and costs and is being held for another department.

• Jake Tompkins, 19, of Lincoln, was arrested by the WCSO Feb.1 on charges of DWI, posses- sion of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and fleeing.

• Halley Hellyer, 19, of Lincoln, was arrested by the WCSO Feb. 1 on charges of public intoxica- tion, disorderly conduct, fleeing and resisting arrest.

• Brian Bell, 30, of Elkins, was arrested by the WCSO Feb. 3 on charges of aggravated assault on a family or household member, endangering the welfare of a minor, DWI, violation of implied consent, driving left of center and no turn signal. • Joshua Boardman, 29, of Elkins, was arrested by the FVPD Feb. 3 on charges of DWI and no proof of insurance.

• Harvey, 47, of Greenland, was arrested by the GPD Feb. 3 on charges of terroristic threatening and another misdemeanor charge.
• Heather Ramsfield, 24, of West Fork, was arrested by the WCSO Feb. 3 on a charge of domestic battering in the second degree.

• Marissa Ortega, 21, of Prairie Grove, was arrested by the FVPD Feb. 4 on a charge of pos- session of a controlled substance.
• Joseph Bearden, 27, of West Fork, was ar- rested by the Bondsman Feb. 4 on charges of two counts of failure to pay fines and costs.
• Kenneth Fenson, 21, of Farmington, was ar-

rested by the PGPD Feb. 5 on charges of DWI, open container and improper lane change.
• Richard Salonen, 48, of Farmington, was ar- rested by the FVPD Feb. 5 on charges of DWI, no brake light and careless driving.

• Joseph Norvell, 46, of West Fork, was arrested by the WCSO Feb. 5 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nathan Thomas, 25, of Elkins, was arrested by the FVPD Feb. 5 on charges of theft by receiving, expired vehicle license and no proof of insurance.
