Wiley Rue Vickery
Wiley Rue Vickery, 71, a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away April 24, 2012, in Prairie Grove. He was born March 10, 1941, in Muldrow, Oklahoma, the son of Charles Link and Ollie Bell Phillips Vickery.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a baby daughter, Sandra Kay, and one sister, Lillian Barnes.
Survivors include one son, Mark Vickery of Prairie Grove; three daughters, Angela Foster and her husband, Rodney of Conway, Steffanie Fancher and her husband, Denton of Kingston, and Amber Barber and her husband, Lonny of Siloam Springs; three brothers, C.L. Vickery and his wife, Katie of Springdale, L.V. Vickery and his wife, Lorene, and Olan Vickery of Prairie Grove; two sisters, Oma Bennett Nolan and her husband, Bill of Bethany, Oklahoma and Norma Brockman and her husband Robert of Prairie Grove.
Lora Lee Karnes Bell
Lora Lee Karnes Bell, died at the age of 79, in Huntsville, Alabama, April 19, 2012. Lora was born September 27, 1932 in West Fork, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee Roy and Iris Lucretia Davis Karnes, and her brother, Donald Karnes.
Lora is survived by her husband of 61 years, James Thomas Bell, Sr. (Jim), their children, Sue Lee Bell Charles of Huntsville, Alabama, James Thomas Bell, Jr. (Jimmy) and wife, Brenda of New Albany, Indiana, William Barnes Bell (Bill) and wife, Melissa of Independence, Missouri, eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
Lora Bell was an active member of Pleasant Springs Baptist Church in Huntsville, Alabama, a former member of the Prairie Grove Christian Church in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, member of the Order of Amaranth, Order of Eastern Star, and the Federated Women’s Club.
Donations may be made to the donor’s choice for cancer research.
Robert Franklin Daniel
Robert Franklin Daniel, age 50 of West Fork, passed away April 19, 2012. Bob was born May 23, 1961, at Twin Falls, Idaho, to parents Homer Leroy Daniel and Leta McClelland. He was a longtime resident of Washington County and enjoyed spending time with his family. Bob was also of the Pentecostal Faith. Bob was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur and Grace McClelland and John and Nora Daniel as well as brothers, Loy Don Daniel and Ronald Dale Daniel. He is survived by his sons, Jeffery, Seth and Luke Daniel; daughters, Tiffany and Anna Daniel; brothers, Rick, Billy and Johnny; sisters, Sharon and Lynn and a host of other relatives and friends. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Washington Regional Hospice
Clarence Ray Genz
Clarence Ray Genz, 77, a resident of Bugscuffle passed away April 30, 2012 at his home in Bugscuffle. He was born January 24, 1935 in Gresham, Nebraska, the son of Homer Ray and Florence Dickey Genz.
Clarence was born and lived in Gresham, Nebraska until 1951. He moved to the Front Range of Colorado and graduated from Windsor High School in 1952. A dairy farmer for 19 years in the areas of Severance and Pierce Colorado, Clarence retired and moved his family to the beautiful hills of Bugscuffle, Arkansas in 1979. Clarence was employed by the Standard Register Company for 19 years while he and his family farmed, raising cattle and horses. During that time Clarence became involved with the Miniature Horse Club of NWA, showing horses in the 4 state area. Clarence competed nationally with his National Grand Champion horse Midnight. Together they won many championships, earning an induction into the Miniature Horse National Hall of Fame. Midnight has since retired, and still remains a trademark of the C&I Mini Ranch. Clarence was a proud supporter of the West Fork Band and Athletics. An athlete himself, Clarence left a legacy of talented children and grandchildren who have walked the halls of West Fork High School.
Clarence served in the United States Army 3rd Missile, 32nd Artillery from 1958-1964 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and was a member of the West Fork Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Iris Jean Genz; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald Ray and Sandra Genz and Jerry Allen and Teresa Genz all of West Fork; two daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah Jean and Larry Medart of West Fork and Cheryl Mae and Shannon Miller of Winslow; one brother, Melvin Dale Genz and his wife, Gerri of Severance, Colorado; one sister, Bonnie Kaluna and her husband, Hub. of Phoeniz, Arizona; eight grandchildren, Brad Genz, Jarod Medart, Justin Medart, Cody Caudle, Taylor Genz, Cassy Genz, Logan Genz and Kyleigh Cook; two great grandchildren, Dakota Genz and Karder Caudle; seven step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012 – 1:00 P.M. at West Fork Baptist Church with burial in Bugscuffle Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the West Fork High School Band and Athletics Department 359 School Ave. West Fork, Arkansas 72774.
Pallbearers will be: Ronald Genz, Jerry Genz, Brad Genz, Jarod Medart, Taylor Genz, Logan Genz, Justin Medart, and Cody Caudle.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Larry Medart, Steve Cook, Shannon Miller, Justin Miller, Melvin Genz and Larry Stewart.

Oletta Lavelle Howe
Oletta Lavelle Howe, 79, a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away May 1, 2012 in Fort Scott, Kansas. She was born April 26, 1933 in Odell, Arkansas, the daughter of John H. “Perno” and Jewell Agnus Rose Dobbs. She was a member of the Prarie Oaks Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Howe. Survivors include one son, Rocky Howe of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; three daughters, Deborah Jetmore of Deerfield, Missouri, Saundra Shinkle of Fall River, Kansas, and Sheila Oliver of Grain Valley, Missouri; two son in laws, Tim Jetmore and Randy Shinkle with one daughter in law,Valarie Howe. 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Five siblings- two sisters and three brothers, with many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 4, 2012 – 1:00 P.M. at Prairie Oaks Baptist Church Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery near Evansville.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Tad Jatmore, Zac Shinkle, Kevin Oliver, Jake Howe, Casey Liddle, and Brian Hendrick.. Honorary Pallbearers: John David Horn and Colton Howe.
