There is no charge to have your anniversary printed in the Washington County Observer. We will make every attempt to include the announcement ahead of the anniversary date. Please submit the form as far in advance as possible to ensure this is possible. We cannot guarantee a specific publication date. We welcome photos; please email the couple’s photo to news@wcobserver.com. We request photos be at least 1MB in size.
