There is no charge for printing your engagement announcement in the Washington County Observer. Please submit this form at least two months before the date of the wedding; announcements will be printed as room allows. You may request a publication date, but we cannot guarantee the announcement will appear on that date. We reserve the right to edit information as needed. We welcome photos; please email it with both names of the prospective bride/groom to news@wcobserver.com.
