Please use the following forms to submit an engagement, anniversary, wedding or birth announcement to the Washington County Observer.
We recommend that you submit your information by noon to allow e-mail delivery, response, and composing time to meet our deadlines. Staff is available 9-2 Monday through Friday or by appointment. The Washington County Observer cannot be responsible for lost or delayed e-mail.
- Photos publish in standard 2 inches of space. Photos should be submitted without frames. We accept emailed photos (send to:info@wcobserver.com) in JPEG or TIFF format, with a minimum resolution of 175dpi, in a file size smaller than 3mb
All original photos submitted for publication become the property of the Washington County Observer. Although every effort is made to return photos in their original condition, The Washington County Observer cannot be responsible for lost or damaged photos.
- Additional copies of the issue of the Washington County Observer containing your obituary notice are available to customers within our normal delivery area. Please ask for details.
