The West Fork Firehouse, besides serving as home to fire trucks and emergency vehicles, has an eight hundred square foot room used primarily for training and meetings. Entrance is through an unmarked door on the east side of the building facing the alley. The scent of delicious barbeque brisket wafted around the grounds as Tim Taggart, local artist and entrepreneur, celebrated the grand opening of his TAG-ART STUDIO on July 20. The studio is attached to Tim’s and his wife Sarah Setzer’s home just off Hwy.170 and I540 on Dairy Farm Road. From yard sale items to unique crafts to high end art, there was something for everyone…even a bee hive observation area. Tim also hosts the facebook page “West Fork Arts” that promotes the arts in the West Fork area.Read More...
