  4. Prairie Grove Looking To Regroup

    Greenland and West Fork will face each other on a winning note tomorrow after the Pirates’ shutout win in the 1-3A over Marshall 41-0. West Fork heads into tomorrow’s tilt with momentum after opening the conference season on a positive and picking up its first win of the season 37-6 over Yellville-Summit. Prairie Grove dropped its 1-4A opener 13-10 in a hard fought game to Ozark at home.

  5. Prep Round-Up

    Prairie Grove and Greenland picked up wins last Friday, Sept. 16, in their final tuneup before beginning conference play this week. The Tigers stopped West Fork 35-14 and Greenland remained unbeaten on the young season with a 28-13 win over Pea Ridge. West Fork looks for its first win on Friday after coming out of the short end the last three weeks.

  7. Greenland Coach Larkan Steps Down

    After four years on the baseball diamond for the Greenland Pirates, Coach Lee Larkan has decided to turn over the reins. Larkan also coached at Des Arc for nine years prior to coming to Greenland. He holds a 68-17 record with the Pirates and recorded a Regional Conference Championship and Three District Tournament titles.
