    Special to the Observer By Jane Bryant “It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood” as Friends of the Library, community members, and local Master Gardeners met to plant the two rain gardens at the West Fork Library on Oct. 3.  The Library received two grants to help clean up the runoff from the roof of the library before it enters the watershed of the West Fork of the White River. Volunteers planted more than 200 plants and shrubs on the southeast and northwest corners of the library.
